COTATI, Calif. – A lucky winner has come forward to claim a $30 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot after purchasing a ticket at My Good Market in Cotati, California, according to the California Lottery.
The winning ticket was sold at the convenience store, located at 8510 Gravenstein Highway. The numbers drawn in Wednesday’s SuperLotto Plus drawing were 3, 13, 17, 23, 25, with a Mega number of 24.
As of now, the California Lottery has not confirmed whether the winner has stepped forward to claim the prize. Recently, the Bay Area has seen some good fortune for lottery players, including Joel McCauley, who won $7.5 million from a scratcher ticket purchased in Mountain View.
McCauley, a regular at Liquor, Tobacco & More on Rengstorff Avenue, bought a $25 2025 Scratchers ticket. Initially, he thought he had won $7,500, which would have been a great win. However, after scanning the ticket again using the California Lottery app in his truck, McCauley realized he had won the top prize of $7.5 million.
The lottery praised McCauley’s discovery, calling it an “astonishing” win.
