In a rare turn of events, lightning struck twice at a Seaford retailer. The New York Lottery announced on Wednesday that two second-prize Mega Millions tickets, worth a combined $6 million, were sold at the same Nassau County store for the April 15 drawing.
Both winning tickets were purchased at Manya Card and Gifts Inc., located at 1250C Hicksville Road in Seaford. One ticket is worth $2 million, and the other is valued at $4 million.

Mega Millions drawings take place every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. The lottery draws five numbers from a pool of 70, while the Mega Ball is selected from a separate field of 24 numbers.
